Talk Like a Pirate
We can’t let you come on
board the ‘Black Swan’ without teaching you pirate speak.
Remember to say AArrrr! At the end of every sentence and scowl a lot.
Drop the g at the end of your words, e.g. I love swimmin’ in this clear
water. And just think – if you can learn some words before you take our
trip – you just might fool our pirates into thinking you are a real pirate
and avoid walking the plank…So read on me hearties..

How to Dress Like
a Pirate
You
must have a favourite pirate from a film or old story – but if you
haven’t, all you need is:
-
A bandana – like Jack Sparrow – to tie around your
head.
-
An eye patch – essential to give you that experienced
pirate look.
-
A big shirt or T-shirt ideally with a V-neck and long
sleeves
-
A pair of long shorts or cut off trousers
-
A big scarf to tie around your waist and keep your
trousers UP.
-
A sword – not real though else we won’t let you on
board!!!
Now put it all
on – and paint some scars on your face, so people will be really scared of
you – if you have scars and lived to tell the tale – you must be good!
